  2. Distribution is shifting to messaging. A tool that lives inside WhatsApp inherits a billion-person install base and zero onboarding. If you're fighting for a spot on someone's home screen, ask whether a chat integration gets you the same reach for a fraction of the acquisition cost.
  3. Your differentiator is the confirmation model, not the model. Everyone can call a frontier LLM. Far fewer can decide correctly and legibly which actions need a human's yes. That judgment — encoded as trust constraints, spend caps, or approval gates — is where defensibility now lives.
